Starbucks Coffee in Doha

Really great staff but not a nice environment. Bad AC and internet connection. Also, I feel it is important to mention again that Starbucks Middle East has awful food quality and selection when compared to the standards set by other international locations.

Parking was difficult. Plenty of space to have small meetups in this two storey Starbucks.

Very nice coffee and friendly staffs but there is no parking you will have to block the road and get your coffee.

Very noisy environment and the variety of red and green tea is very limited, used to be great but since they stopped using fresh milk and switched to long shelf life milk all coffee has a bad aftertaste.

Tables all occupied everytime I visit. Some staff needs to improve customer service. Food serve is satisfactory.

Went there for service and work and didn't have any. Their wifi was not working, lost me lots of valuable time, and staff didn't bother to give service nor customer care. Won't be going there anytime soon.

I had the best customer service from the two ladies. The 2nd floor is wide, neat and cozy.

Amazing hot and cold coffee served here. All kinds of coffee's are available, if u r a coffee lover you would definitely love the place. Amazing ambiance. Good service and friendly staff. Coffee lovers should visit it for sure as it fulfills coffee lovers tastes.

I never tire going to a Starbucks Coffee outlet. This is also impeccably maintained, yet has a very laid back ambience. The staff are quite chill and happy to serve you. They even suggest which would be a good coffee to have. I always like going here with friends.

Located in Mall of Qatar, just before Novo Cinema. Friendly service crew and cozy decor, as usual. Good for that short breaks before showtime.

The coffee? Good. Not doubts about it, the ambience, yes loved it. Why 4 stars? Because there are much better and friendly places in Doha. Though Starbucks sometimes mess up your coffee which is understandable. So to avoid that and always get the best coffee, try Caribou Coffee instead.

Love the victoria cake. Good ambience too but the coffee quality is not so great. Even most of the chilled drinks have too much ice cubes in it. Which in turn spoils the taste. Even though we tell them not to add ice cubes they still do. Not worth the money we give. Have too keep the standards up. Even the 1st floor is too chilled during the winter season. They wont increase the temperature. Over all a great place to gather
